Parts, Labor and Heat Exchanger Warranty

Right out of the box, most EverRest equipment comes with a 10-year parts and limited lifetime heat exchanger warranty. Most include a 10-year labor warranty as well.

Energy Reduction Guarantee

On rare occasions a system is incorrectly installed, so most ExtremeCare installations come with a One Year Energy Reduction Guarantee. Through proper installation and maintenance you'll enjoy efficiency throughout the life of your system.

Compressor and Heat Exchanger Replacement Guarantee

This is our version of the "Lemon Law." Our industry tends to replace the broken component, leaving you with a lemon of a heating and cooling system. ExtremeCare means that for a specified time period you are able to completely replace your outdoor unit or heater when it requires any major component repair.

24-Hour Service Guarantee

EverRest offers 24-hour service guarantee in your warranty. If we aren't there in 24-hours, you get a free hotel room. Aire-Flo Heating understands emergencies don't just happen from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are committed to handling your emergencies in a prompt, accurate and friendly manner.

Clean Home Guarantee

Save $150 if our work area isn't left as clean as we found it.
